locale in PClinuxOS
 
I use PClinuxOS 0.93 and i want to set the locale to UTF*

How can I do it?
Should i use localedef?
How?

hi I have PCLinuxos 0.92 , In KDE I :-
rightclick at the clock > Click adjust date and time > it will show you calender , clock and below it will show you your current timezone , below it will give you an option to select timezones , drop down that time and move up to [noselection] it will set it to UTC , I hope it works
