Hi, can any1 recommend a good Live CD version of Linux that uses the Gnome desktop? I've searched and all I can find is Ubuntu (which doesnt get on with my cd-writer) and Gnoppix, which doesnt load half of the applications included and is even slower then XP (i thought that was impossible!).
I believe you can install Knoppix to your hard drive, modify it, and then burn a new live CD with your changes - so if you removed KDE and installed Gnome, it should work.
