Live CD which automagically installs onto USB?
Hey,
DSL (damn small linux) has this really cool feature that, after you boot the live CD, will automatically install itself onto a USB drive for you. It's pretty handy... however DSL is too sparse for my 2GB flash drive. Does anyone know of any other live CD's that will do such a thing? Preferrably one that has KDE and some decent wi-fi support. I've read about doing manually with several live CD distros, and I've done it once with Knoppix. But I'm looking for single-button kinda service. :) Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks, fudam |
MCNLive also has this feature: http://www.mcnlive.org/download.htm

bertlef: There is an option to install slax from the live cd directly to a usb drive? If so, I do not see it.
Nexus: Thanks for the link, I'm downloading it right now. :) |
