Linux with file system on Flash
Hi all,
i am trying to put Linux on a proprietary device, the problem is that boot loader just copies the kernel onto the ram and starts its execution. We have our file system as a file on flash i.e. just an .img cpio archive what contains "/" file structure. Now could any one tell me how can kernel mount that file as its file system. I tried but it seems kernel is trying to take whole of the flash and not the file. thanks |
