Linux Web Based groupware

Hey all!
I do on site Tech Support and network administration along with some other guys using a Windows workstation. The only reason I use windows is because I need outlook 2003 for the color-coded follow-up flags and automatic syncronization with our exchange server.
I use the colored flags to specify whos working on a problem/email (Green means I'm working on it, blue means someone else is working on it, ect...).
My Question:
Is there any kind of web based groupware that I can specify emails to be tasks for specific individuals similar to outlook flags.
The previously mentioned is the most important, but i would also like it to have group calendering, contacts, ect...

I want to move away from windows and use linux as a primary workstation. I know this might not be the exact site for this questions, but i usually get great answers from you guys!

thanks for any feedback!

I believe you'll find Evolution will handle what you're asking and quite a lot more... incl. one click conversion from new message to new task which I think is probably useful for you

cheers

I need a web based groupware suite, Evolution doesnt do what I want. Though I do like evolution,
Evolution doesnt have a good solution for group email boxes.
