Hello...

When I start Linux Ubuntu does the desktop sometimes lagg, (my desktop experience).
The laggin starts after 1 minute and the laggin does not stop until i restart my comp. And then i get the same problem when I have restartet it.

I've got compiz and xgl installed, but it dont work to turn it of.

I've got a AMD 64 2,2Ghz 4400+, 2048mb RAM and a Gainward Geforce 6800GS card.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Its nothing thats hogging the CPU. Only XGL and Xorg...

But they are never over 20% usage of my CPU.

Any ideas?

Cheers=)
