EXACTLY! Same thing goes for me. TuxRacer does the SAME EXACT THING. I haven't played it yet because of this. I just hear the music. Let's ask AutoBot if he knows how to solve this...

AutoBot,

I have an ATI Rage card also and no luck. Could you help?

Maybe The Rage Pro card's don't have hardware acceleration? If not, can anyone tell me why in Mandy 7.1 on the SAME sytem did TuxRacer run good/fast/normal?
