Linux running sloooooow again
I've just reinstalled linux and now it's playing games choppy i've disabled most services i've used the same config file to build an exact replica of the previous kernel im using the same file system, everything is the same as before exect it's not as fast as before what the hell is going on?

Why not post your system specs, current drivers, and performance benchmarks (ie. glxgears)?
That may help us solve your problem.

Unfortunatley I have a much worse problem now, that i have been trying to fix for the past couple of hours and i dont know what else to do im now using the default kernel untill i can get past this issue:

Retire?? Why? This is taylor made for a Linux User, Learn how to fix problems, which make YOU a better User/Administrator of Your System. look in /var/log, and see what messages are on file there.
Everything that happens on your set up gets logged, even if No errors/mistakes/ pop up, even when you boot up, it all gets logged. check it out.

I changed the timeout from 75 to 150 and gave it a try it connected and printed out a local and remote ip address within the first 2 seconds. So I guess it worked. It's all too weird.
