Linux as Windows DC and ADC backup

Hi.

I have a setup here in my enterprise enviroment. In which we have a DC in the head office and ADC in the branch offices

connecting DC thrugh VPN. There are a total of 9 ADC's in branch offices, located with in a radius of 4 KM.

OS is Windows Server 2003 with SP - 2.

Now i want to have a complete backup by using linux. Please tell me that if there any server application exists in linux by

which i can have a complete backup of active directory including ADC's in linux.I also want that my backup linux server be have all user's accounts and settings, so if windows based DC and ADC's crashes, linux can offer the complete backup.

No restriction regarding software and hardware.

thanks.

OpenLDAP

AD is proprietary, So I don't know if you can get everything or if there will still be a few items you can't sync or get to work right..

Some useful links.
