Linux and redundancy

I know Linux is great and all but I don't think that my box that I got out of a garbage dumpster (RMA MACHINE) has hardware stability and no where favorable in longevity. Please could someone explain to me what I would need to do to set up redundancy for Mail, DNS and Web servers? Thanks for the help!

I haven't done HA, but http://www.linux-ha.org/ seems interesting.

The above is for redundant systems, If you looking for disk redundancy you need RAID http://linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/Software-RAID-HOWTO.html
