Do you mean the default OS chosen by lilo?
If so, check the "/etc/lilo.conf" file; you must have two entries, something like
Code:
image=/boot/vmlinuz
label=linux
initrd=initramdisk.img
root=/dev/hda4
vga=ask
and
Code:
other=/dev/hda1
label=Win98
boot-as=0x80
you may add, in the begining of the file a line like
where "name" is the "label" (in lilo.conf) of the the OS you prefer (for instance "default = Win98");
You also, can switch the two entries over, because lilo boots, as default, the first entry it sees.
Don't forget to do "/sbin/lilo" after the changes.
