libqt-mt question

When i try to ./configure quanta, i get an error that libqt-mt (>= 3.0.3) can not be found. But, i located it in /usr/lib and it is version 3.0.5. So what can I do to compile quanta ?

p.s.: i am using debian 3.0 with kde 3.0.4 and qt 3.0.5
