ldap_bind:Invalid credentials

when I run
# /usr/share/openldap/migration/

message as follows:
Enter the X.500 naming context you wish to import into: [dc=nrg,dc=ccit]
Enter the name of your LDAP server [ldap]:
Enter the manager DN: [cn=manager,dc=nrg,dc=ccit]:
Enter the credentials to bind with:
Do you wish to generate a DUAConfigProfile [yes|no]? no

Importing into dc=nrg,dc=ccit...

Creating naming context entries...
Migrating aliases...
Migrating groups...
Migrating hosts...
Migrating networks...
Migrating users...
Migrating protocols...
Migrating rpcs...
Migrating services...
Migrating netgroups...
Migrating netgroups (by user)...
Migrating netgroups (by host)...
ldap_bind: Invalid credentials
Importing into LDAP...
ldap_bind: Invalid credentials
/usr/bin/ldapadd: returned non-zero exit status

I know that it means that my passwd(credentials) doesn't match rootpw , but i think i truly key in correct passwd.

what's my problem?????
