can anyone suggest me which book better for ldap code=423 and where can i free download ldap book for redhat

code=423?? what does that mean? I could guess you're taling about doing the Redhat EX423 certification?? If so then there is no formal book. Read the docs, use the software, learn, don't just cram for an exam, that's just totally missing the point. centos-ds and 389-ds are suitable "free" equivalent to study on using rhds.

Redhat and mirrors like Centos and Scientific have almost every document you could want.
I'd look at microsoft pages for additional help with ldap.
