lazarus for c++


I have been trying to get a copy copy of kylix, with no joy.

is there something like lazarus for c++

I am trying to compile an old borland c++ project. Any one got an ideas.

I have just discovered python. Wow. SO I'm thinking about convering it to that.

Some of the torrent networks have kylix. I don't know if you can still get it from Borland (or Inprise, or Micro Focus, or whoever happens to own the stuff this week), but it is getting old.

Also, it seems you would have to use an older Linux version (perhaps you could do this inside vmbox) in order to run it!

yes, they haven't done it sense Inprise. Didn't know Micro Focus had any dealings. Rememmber them for their cobol, when I was in college.

didn't know that either. Might well just get the methods out of it, and add gtk+ or wxwidguts, and take it from there.
