krdc remote desktop

Hi all

I wonder if anyone can help me, i connect to by windows box via remote desktop using krdc inputing "vnc:/

All works fine am connected can now use that computer to download ma movies, the problem iam haveing is with the keyboard input.. ex i try and type some thing and if and when i get to the letter L it lock the session on the windows machine as you would on windows enter win key +l

ive looked at the vnc server opions on the windows machine cant see anything that would effect this is there any thing on my linux box that may be doing this..

Am using that latest version of slackware..
