Kmail/Kontact or my mailserver problem?

When I try to send an email using a variety of adresses on different mail servers including my the one with my ISP, I get greeted with the following failure message....

Sending failed:
Message sending failed since the following recipients were rejected by the server: mymatesaddy@msn.com (The server responded: "sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be relayed thru this MTA (#5.7.1)")
The message will stay in the 'outbox' folder until you either fix the problem (e.g. a broken address) or remove the message from the 'outbox' folder.
The following transport protocol was used: me@du@:{}|im.com

Can anyone throw some light on this?
