Keyboard / Mouse dies on installation!

I really need help...my keyboard and mouse die after the hardware probe is done...have tried without hardware probe, etc.

At first I thought it was just Lycoris...but then I tried Red Hat 8.0 and the same deal...this is really frustrating...especially when you have to boot up to windows everday!
