keyboard layout is switching

hi all,

i've got a problem with SuSE 9.0 pro. my language settings of the system is set to dutch. but i don't want a dutch keyboard layout. so, i set it to english(US) and then it works fine. but everytime when i logout and login again, the keyboard layout is set to dutch again....... and have you ever typed on a dutch keyboar? no.... and you don't want to.

anyone of you knows what causes this problem..
(i configurated the system with yast)
