Keyboard and Language under KDE

My first problem is that after using the shortcut for switching language in KDE (= CNTL-ALT-K) for switching the language one time, the second time doesn't work. I've tried changing the ShortCut keys, and seek the Control-Panel - with no luck.

My second issue is the hebrew font which is KDE defaults. How do I change the default font for a specific language, other than English?

Thanks alot in advance,
