Hi All ,

I have a Debian 2.2 running , the kernel is 2.2.19 , can u please provide the i810 drivers for this .Can u tell me the location of these modules .

I am not sure they are configured by default, and I am not even sure 2.2.x supports them ( I never used it). Try compiling a new kernel, it is always a great source for learning. (download the kernel code from www.kernel.org) The modules for i810 will be there.

Also just fyi when you install debian, it has the option to use the 2.4 kernel on yur system instead of the 2.2 kernel. I think that is one of the great advantages of the 2.4 kernel is driver base.

I just got i810 onboard sound running on a PC ( with kernel 2.4.20)!

maybe they will work on your system too. :)
