Kernel Compiling options
 
Does anyone know of any website or even a book that has all of the Linux kernel compiling options with explanations - the same explanations menuconfig (or xconfig, etc) gives you when you hit "help" with a kernel option.

Like in emacs (or lpr or ... )
/usr/src/linux-2.4.18/Documentation/Configure.help?
