Kernel-2.4.19 is out, those of you with VIA KT266 mobo's should upgrade for full southbridge support. There are also lots of USB updates and USB2 support as well.

The frontpage updates automatically every 12 hours, so it may be a *little* behind at times.

I am a newbie to installing and configuring a new kernel. I am running Suse 8.0 (kernel 2.4.18 at present).

Anybody know of where I can find a step by step guide. I keep having problems
