Kernal panic, how to find what's causing it?

I need help, the server keeps having kernal panics almost hourly, I don't know what's causing it. What are some common possibilities for a kernal panic to occur?

Running cent os 3.5
apache 1.33
php 4.3.11
mysql 4.0.26
