KDM Customizing

Does anyone know of a way to better control KDM than what the KDE control panels allows?

I want to get rid of the Session Type drop down menu and change the box size.

the file is kdmrc I am a little off head right now and I have to stare at windows nt workstation (I am sort of working)so I can't tell you the exact location but I am pretty sure you can find it with find. I remeber fiddling with it and some other configs and scripts when I tried to get pure afterstep and enlightenement to run on my RH box, as you know if you choose them from GNOME settings->desktop->window manager they run on top of gnome - looked something rediculous, now I have them in my KDM and GDM logins in pull down menu.
