sorry for my bad english. Everytime I install Debian kde (after Gnome), when changing back to gnome I see two icons( belonged to kde): Trash, and another no name. What I have to do to hide them? If I delete this trash icon.........I'm deleting the kde trash icon.

I had this problem also so I decided to use only one and stop switching around.
But the question which is the best KDE, XFC or Gnome whatever is useless cause it will blow this Thread to a mega Thread....
so check /etc/sysconfig/desktop with root
for Example within this file
DESKTOP="GNOME"
DESKTOP="KDE"
DISPLAYMANAGER="GNOME"
DISPLAYMANAGER="KDE"
apply this line and also go into
/etc/X11/xdm/ and check the file kdmrc
there is a line [X-*-Greeter] you'll have to change "Use Theme" to false otherwise
GDM will be used even if you applied it within /etc/sysconfig/desktop
