KDE Menu with missing things

Hello there,
I had to "move" from my old notebook to a new one.
After I installed Debian on the new one (same distro as the old notebook) I moved all my /home dir for having all the preferences and datas in the new one.
Everything was fine except the kde menu that looks different and has some missing parts like the menus "recent", logout, and so on.
So, I just have in the main menu all the applications but not all the shortcuts and "special buttons" that are normally there.

Does anybody know how to rebuild it?
I already tried to update all the kde packages.

Thanks

Try the K Menu Editor. Right click on the task bar --> Configure Panel --> Menus tab --> K Menu Editor.

You should be able to add any missing applications you want.

uhmmm

I've already been there but I don't know how to add those "special" things.
How do I add for example the part related to the most used or most recent applications?
And the logout button?
I really don't find them...

Thanks

I already tried it... Infact all the checks in that panel are flagged.
But they don't appear in my menu.
This is strange... What can I do to restore it from scratch? Maybe some "Windows way" like remove and re-install
