kde 3 stupid sounds


Does anyone know how to turn off the stupid sound that you have to listten to eveytime you open some program?

Look and Feel

If I remember correctly, you can turn off or reassign sounds if you go into Configuration-->KDE-->Look and Feel. There should be an option to change either notices or sounds.

it's in the Control Center, under Sound, then System Notifications
