Exclamation Kde 3.1


For those of you that use the KDE GUI environment... today they released 3.1, and you really have to install it.... What a BIG improvement... way to go...

Awesome GUI very cool change for Linux users. This will rival any Windows offerings and should start taking away some of their share of Desktops. With the combination of Kmail, Konquerer, OpenOffice corp consumers can start to consider Linux more then before for more then just a Server alternative.

Edit: 6 months ago there was 3.0.3. 3 months or so ..

That being said, it still took too long, but the end results are worth it....

I love the bookmarking in konsole, saves a few keystrokes anyway. And kolf, how cool is that.
