Kali Linux 2.0 free disk space reducing after every boot

I made a bootable Kali Linux 2.0 pendrive using 32gb pendrive. After updating, free disk space left to be 24gb but now it is consistently reducing and reached upto 4gb.

Find out which directories use up most space, and how their space usage changes across reboots.

A bootable Kali Linux pendrive is going to be read only by default so did you use the instructions at the Kali site to create a persistent Kali usb? If you simply created a bootable Kali 'live' system, nothing should change and 'update' would not be saved. More details on exactly what you did. Did you use the Kali usb to do an actual install of Kali?
