Is there a way to set up the default look for all new users?

I'm using Red Hat 8.0 and I've created a few accounts. Unfortunately there's no consistency to the account looks. I want to specify KDE as the default interface for all accounts, how the desktop should look, etc. I don't want to manually change all the accounts at once. Is there a way for me to set up a generic account and use that as the template for all new accounts?

yep easy. best thing to do is to create default configuration files and copy them to /etc/skel. these files are then copied to every user when they first login. actually creating a default kde file might be a little tricky though, as the username may well be stuck in the file. worth a go though.
