Is it possible to grow and or change a RAID?

This is what I have currently:

raiddev /dev/md0
raid-level 0
nr-raid-disks 3
chunk-size 64k
persistent-superblock 1
nr-spare-disks 0
device /dev/hda8
raid-disk 0
device /dev/hdb8
raid-disk 1
device /dev/hdc8
raid-disk 2

It is about a 160 gig partition. I want to convert it to a RAID 5 & add in an additional /dev/hdd8 to the RAID. I have four identical Western Digital 60 gig drives that are partitioned identically, they all even have the identical o/s configured. I could not have all 4 hard drives in and have my cd rom so I installed RedHat 7.2 using three of the disks & a cdrom. I used Disk Druid to create the RAID during install. Is it possible for me to convert the RAID & add in another disk, or am I screwed?? If anyone could help, that would be great.

Thanks,
Tom
