is e2fsck change the file system attributes.?

Hi,

I was having issue with my one of file system, I unmounted file system and performed e2fsck and after that mounted it back.

After some time on of my Dev team had issue with file system, as it mounted as read-only. I cleared the issue adding back read-write option.

is e2fsck changed file system type, rw to ro. is e2fsck command will make file system read-only before it start.?

No, ro/rw is set at mount time. However, if the filesystem has an error it may change to ro dynamically. Check your fstab for what options you have in effect.
Better check logs for errors on that disk, and also run smartctl over it. You might have a disk that is starting to fail.
