IPv6 addressing

Hi friends,

As we are doing in Ipv4 addressing ( static ) ,I need to do in IPv6 .

For Ipv4 we are doing.
---------------------------
ifconfig rl0 192.168.1.125
route add default 192.168.1.1
netstat -rn

======================
So now,my IPv4 is 192.168.1.125.
And I can ping any IPv4 addresses .
Like ,I need to do IPv6 using gif0.
I don't want tunnel..i.e using ipv4

Any one help me....

if you are meaning you want to still use the internet with ipv6 and no tunnel with ipv4, then the answer is, find an ISP that will give you ipv6 instead of ipv4 addresses, but you'll be limited to going to ipv6 websites, seeing as the 6bone isn't as populated as the normal internet, you'll be limited on where you can go, i don't know what is on the 6bone and what's not though, the only other thing you can do if yo want ipv4 and ipv6 is to tunnel, or have one card setup for ipv6 connected to your isp with ipv6 and the other one conencted to your other isp with ipv4
