for the past end of life ( aka dead) fedora 15 you might want to have a look at the
end of life fedora forum
http://forums.fedoraforum.org/forumdisplay.php?f=75

currently only fedora 16 and 17 are supported
fedora 18 Alpha testing is NOW out so in about a week fedora 18 official will be out then fedora 16 hits End of Life 30 days later

so installing fedora 17 is recommended

you are on a 56k dial up BUT a mobile wireless ( as in the wireless is plugged into the copper telephone line )
if telephone, then you need to have installed the dialing software
( should be ???? by default )

or

is it a DSL ( 200k ) line

but ? mobile ???

this is not a usb dongle is it ?
