Installing Windows 7 alongside Mint? Or is there another solution to this?

A few days ago I wiped my laptop clean from Windows 7 and installed Mint. Now, however, I have come to the tough decision that I will need to install Windows 7 yet again, since the games I wish to play are far too buggy with PlayonLinux/Wine.

Although, I cannot leave Linux Mint as I love it, so maybe I'm gonna do a dual-boot option. What size should I make the Windows partition? Take into consideration that I will have three-five games, maybe more, and a few vital programs.

On the other hand. Managing a dual-boot is pretty time-consuming. What if I get the urge to play a game but then become "bored" of it shortly after? Then I'd have to boot into Linux again and face the same urge a few minutes or hours after that.

Unless! Unless there is a way I can make these games work the way I want them to. The games in mind are at least Counter Strike Source and Garry's Mod.

A couple of comments...

It is generally better to install Windows first and then install Linux. Windows tends to want to take control of the hardware especially with respect to the boot loader. Do some searching for instructions. Installing Windows second can be done but not as easy as Windows first.

Second... If you have enough hardware capability you could install something like VMWare Player (free) and build a virtual Windows machine. That will work for many programs although video intensive games might not be acceptably quick.
