installing languages

Hello

WHen installing Mandrake9 I choose to install all languages but now when I go to control panel and select fr example Ukraine as my locale the relevant language doesn't come up. I've checked that the relevant bits are installed under the internatioanlization bit of KPackage, is it perhaps because I only have the 2 Mandrake 9 cd's?

Any help greatly appreciated

i can select "Tamil" language from ControlCenter as follow
(Not from MandrakeControlCenter but from ControlCenter)
Control Center
---System
-------Login Manager
----------Appearance
------------Locale::Language

let me know is this what you tried...if not try it...may have luck!!!

Login Manager? hmmmm? Dont know if I have this on Mandrake 9

Will have a look but I'm pretty sure I'm in the right place
