Installation Problem (newbie)
 

I HAVE WINDOWS XP RUNING IN MY MACHINE I TRIED FOR DUAL BOOTING, WITH RED HAT 8.0 LINUX AS OTHER OS. IT HAS INSTALLED LINUX FULLY BUT I NEED TO BOOT IT FROM FLOPPY. I THINK THE LILO IS NOT CONFIGURED PROPERLY.
I DON'T WANT TO USE FLOPPY FOR BOOTING LINUX.
PLEASE HELP

Then I may read it again, I don't know. I just don't take kindly to yelling.

I'd advise using the Red Hat boot floppy - you can use it to go straight into your distribution - from ther you can check your Lilo.conf file for problems.
