Increasing Linux partition on a Linux/Windows System

Hi,

I have installed both Ubuntu, and XP on the same system using Wubi
I want to increase my available linux reachable partition (it is 9.9GB now)

First of all, I wanted to make sure that I cannot reach windows partitions using Terminal to do my work.
Second, I wanted to see how can I convert some of my Windows free space into Linux reachable partition.
