You are supposed to be a moderator, not a prosecutor. Your position assumes that you must able to understand what people saying or trying to say, even if it is not fully correct... If you have such troubles to get it i help you:
The guy asks how to increase processes number limit in his Linux, because some users uses to much resources and OS reaches that limit...
Please, if you want to keep visitiors coming again and again, be pollite, not ironic. I am 99% sure that you yourself manage only English and probably only one dialect from place where you live. World moves to globalization era, perharps too slow until such moderators will be better.
I am also 99% sure that you will delete my post, but I do not mind, because you will read it before doing that and that's my goal to teach you basics of manners.
