Id3 tagging from mp3's filename and folder

So for some reason jack isnt tagging my mp3's even though it says it does that as a feature , but i cant find any other good one command cd to mp3 programs so does anyone know how i could write a simple script to get the album artist, tracknumber and title taged to each song? The informations there, it looks like this on my pc "/Export/music/Motorhead/No Class/01 - Overkill.mp3" . I dont mind programing some myself but i havnt a clue where to start. thanks, kzar

Maybe it's easier to use some program to do it, then writing a script.
Try EasyTAG

two problems its graphical and its not automated. I cant use anything graphical on the pc and as i can rip encode etc with the one command i really dont want to have to do it by hand. I could use id3 if was going to do it by hand but im not interested in that.
