Icons for cut, paste, etc.

The company where I'm working at is making a Windows (yup, I know) software and we need some action icons (cut, paste, etc.). I want to use the icons of Gnome or KDE for the program as a way to somehow get them used to the Linux user interface.

I tried looking for where to download them, but all I found were application (Gimp, OpenOffice.org, etc.) icons and not action icons. Could someone point me where I could download the said icons?

Thanks!

might want to consult your companies legal department on that, the icons might be only usable for open source softwares ... as i have known some icons sets to be under a licenses
