Icons FluxBox?

Hi I would like to know if there a way to have Desktop Icons in FluxBox? and how can I have shortcuts to some programs?, and last which tutorial do you recommend me to learn all about customize FluxBox?

The fluxbox site, well worth looking at for apps and documentation.

Fbdesk will allow you to have icons, wmdrawer is nice if you want an icon drawer. Rox filer can set up an icon panel. to give you a couple of options.
Fluxconf will give you a GUI for configuration, if you feel you want one.
Once you start playing with it you will find that all the configuration scripts are fairly easy to follow.

I also suggest IDesk to the list of great apps to place icons on your desktop.
