You mean turn off the Icons? or specific Icon types? or ...
To remove Icons simply delete them.
For more detailed control, try right clicking on the desktop, and select configure desktop, choose behaviour on the left hand side, you should then have three tabs for controlling what icons appear, theirs one for general control, one for files, and one for devices on your desktop. as well as if their automatically lined up, and whether to show hidden files etc.

I mean that my icon must be block. I do not want that they can move on the screen, they must remain where I have put them.
If I put an icon in the top-left of the screen, it must remain there, it can't move on the bottom-right
sorry for my english.

I think he means "lock". I haven't used KDE in ages, but as far as I can remember, you can lock the positions of your icons by right-clicking on the desktop and there should be an option for it in the menu.
That may not be correct though. As I say, I don't use KDE. If that's not it, try looking in the KDE Control Center.

As long as none of the automatic aligning, or arranging options are on they should remain where you put them.
