Iceape: key+clik link, making new tab in background

Hi,

Iceape by default is not making key (shift or ctrl) +clik link, making new tab in background
then, in the configuration, you can have somethg maybe working

Is there a way so that SHIFT + click on a link, make the new tab in background ?

or eventually : CTRL + click on a link, make the new tab in background ?

(for that firefox is better)

Never was one for keyboard shortcuts myself, I just use middle click to open tabs.

ctrl+click does it for me in Iceape and Iceweasel

I could make it with "mozilla-tabextensions - Tabbed browsing extensions for Iceweasel and Iceape" package.
but I dont like it , its making iceape slower.

Ctrl + click not working for me in iceape.

please what do u have as configuration in :
edit > preferences > navigator > tabbed browsing ??
