Angry IBM DB2 Problen

I have a problem during installation of db2: db2setup tell me? that LIBSTDC++.SO.2.8 is needed to proceed. I found onlyl ibstdc++-3-libc6.2-2-2.10.0.so. What i have to do? As i understand, libstdc++.so.2.8 is old, so if i will download it's source and compile it, will I have any problem with other my applications? I'm Mandrake 8.0.

libstdc++.so.2.8 -- well

Well, it should be no problem to have TWO ( or more ) versions of the same lib installed, they are all called different ( as filenames ) ... . But, well i've got the same problem and I'd like to know where i could DOWNLOAD these old libs ??
