I need to delete my Main Boot Record(Lilo)

I installed Windows in dual booting with Slackware on one of my systems,
but I've accidentally installed it on the MBR... now i got it messed up and i need to delete the main boot record and reinstall lilo. how can i do that without using a floppy and without messing up my windows and linux partitions....?
(well.. actually the linux partition may be messed up )
I can use the slackware installation cd`s to mount my root partition, and i can run cfdisk and such...
thanks

1. You do not need to delete it, just reinstall lilo on it, Lilo will overwrite the Windows boot loader
2. After you install Lilo you may need to reconfigure it depending on how you install it..
3. If asked where to install Lilo /boot ot MBR, choose MBR.
And just a FYI MBR = Master Boot Record.
