I need help with vm ware

Hi, i need some help with VMware workstation arg!! I have posted this message about 5 different times but i want a real answer not like this one:

as far as I know you need to have the kernel source installed so that vmware can patch it to get it to work.

then you need to use the installation gui to create an image on your harddrive of the live cd.

I am starting to get ticked off ok please give me a GOOD DISCRIPTIVE answer.
My real question is how do you set up a new iso in VMware. I need help going through the setup wizard.

using insulting font sizes isn't going to get you any friends here...

ahhh... you're that "THIS IS TO DO WITH WINDOWS NOT LINUX" guy huh? figures.

if you need help going through a wizard, i don't see what we are suposed to do. for one you certainly don't create iso's within vmware... they have nothing directly in common other than the ability to use an iso as a pseudo cd device within a vm.

and besides....
Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.

Posted 5 times, got an answer. Excellent, then I can close this one. Remember the rules you agreed to? One of them discussed not multi posting.

Oh, and it's DESCRIPTIVE not DISCRIPTIVE

Mate, this is free help. No point getting ticked off. We're not AOL and you're not paying any of us. If you want the sort of support where you can get "ticked off" at the people helping you then you should go and find someone to pay for help.
