I installed Netzero.deb-but where is it?
I recently installed Ubuntu on my boss's computer, who uses netzero dial-up. I found the download .deb file and installed it, it says it installed, but i dont know where to find it. i need help. please...

I've never used NetZero but dpkg -L <name of NetZero package> will tell you all the files associated with that package. You can get a list of all packages on the system with dpkg -l, if you don't know what the package is called.

ok-i moved netzero.deb to my home folder. i got this:
kevan@kevanr:~$ sudo dpkg -i netzero.deb
(Reading database ... 123133 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace netzero 6.2.0b5-4 (using netzero.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement netzero ...
Setting up netzero (6.2.0b5-4) ...
kevan@kevanr:~$
it it installed then?

so how would i set up accessing the internet then? the driver is for dial up...(and doesnt include a modem in the setup)

Have you taken a look at this Ubuntu forum thread? Basically it tells you to create a desktop icon to /opt/nzclient/runclient.sh.
