I get an error message when I try to get a GPG key

I have FC-5 and use KDE.

I'm following Stanton Finley's FC-5 Installation Notes. In there I think I'm setting up a repository. I've done this many times before with no problems. What I did was this: at a terminal I entered this:

rpm -ivh http//ftp freshrpms.net/pub/freshrpms/fedora/linux/5/freshrpms-release/freshrpms-release-1.1-1.fc.noarch.rpm

This worked OK.

Then at the terminal I entered:

rpm --import http://freshrpms.net/packages/RPM-GPG-KEY.txt

After I enter this I get this:

error: http://freshrpms.net/packages/RPM-GPG-KEY.txt: import read failed(-1).
Segmentation fault

Does anyone know what's wrong or what I need do or what I can do?

I'm by no means an expert in RPM, but I don't think that --import supports
URI? Try downloading the key, and then importing from the local copy.
